Renter confirms their personal auto insurance policy is active and has been verified by WE Rentals LLC to provide coverage for the specific vehicle (VIN) identified above for the full duration of the rental period. Renter is responsible for maintaining valid coverage throughout the rental.

5. Renter Responsibilities

Condition & use: Renter agrees to operate the vehicle safely, legally, and only for personal/lawful use. The vehicle may not be sublet, used for unauthorized commercial purposes, or driven by anyone not listed on this agreement.

Fuel & cleanliness: Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup and in substantially the same condition, ordinary wear excepted.

Tickets & tolls: Renter is responsible for all traffic citations, tolls, and parking violations incurred during the rental period.

Accidents & damage: Renter must notify WE Rentals LLC immediately in the event of an accident, theft, or damage, and is responsible for any deductible, damage, or loss not covered by insurance.

Late returns: A late return without prior approval may incur additional daily charges at the rate above.

6. WE Rentals LLC Obligations

WE Rentals LLC agrees to provide the vehicle described above in safe, roadworthy condition at the agreed pickup time and location, and to promptly address any mechanical issue not caused by renter negligence or misuse during the rental period.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Maryland.

8. Signature

By signing below, Renter acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Rental Agreement.
